whitereflectionHell with it. Just stayed home today. Am feeling guilty about missing work, but very very very guilty about missing Japanese class. Rrgh.
To assuage guilt, decided to deal with a problem long distance phone bill that has been sitting here for a week and a half. Nearly an hour and a half later, have bitched at three levels of MCI people and Qwest (our local phone co) people. Turns out--it's Qwest's fault all along. God*DAMN* them. Am going to ask why Qwest person I called a week and a half ago screwed up and pointed me at MCI. Someone's head will roll. And I think I'm going to reactivate my plan of researching cellular options. I am so done with normal phone troubles. *anger*
Also need to talk to the heating/ac guys about doing a furnace check, as it's cold, and I need to finally turn the thing on. :p And should call my brother--he emailed me at work, but I haven't been staying there long enough these days to respond to it. *flails tiredly* And I should study, because I hate that I'm not going to class.
*tired* Need to go lie down, once I can get off the stupid phone with Qwest. Least they've now rerated the calls to the right fees, and aren't saying I should be paying several hundred dollars (and are doing a repair request to see why the 1010987 call went through as regular long distance when I have no long distance). Ackgh.
