Good parts of yesterday: Made Indian food for lunch for Anj, James and myself, and it seemed to be appreciated. Went walking at the zoo again--and got to take another look at the Nocturnal exhibit. Went to a new teppanyaki restaurant near our house, and it was good food and a good 'show'. Watched Iron Chef with them in the evening, then played some PS stuff with Anj, like BustAMove 4. I am rather enjoying my PS's revival, so to speak.

Bad parts of yesterday: Was raining while we were at the zoo, and though we had umbrellas, since we mostly walked outside we ended up with soaked jacket sleeves, pant legs, and socks/shoes. (Though I had on Doc Martens, they even got so rain-soaked I was squishing as I walked). Gina is being a weird freak, in a way that particularly leaves me feeling uncomfortable. Am reminded why I don't consider her a close friend anymore. But this made me think about people like Gina and Katherine, and how sometimes people who say they're friends just are out to see what they can get from you and do whatever they like without caring how it affects you--strangely these sort of thoughts even started me thinking about the whole Kat incident, and other things over time. Sometimes I think I'm too trusting, other times I'm not trusting enough.

Anyway... *shrugs* Going to Michael's Easter service, but I'm not dressing up. I look kind of slobby in my 'normal' clothes, but I just can't get motivated to do otherwise. Not going to do Hazel's (Michael's mother) lunch afterwards, as James has an Amptguard thing to go to. I hope to finally finish cementing that one stained glass piece (it's only been sitting there nearly a couple weeks), and work on the sketches for the next couple of ideas I have. Want to play some FF1, as well.

Been missing my mother a lot lately, for some reason. Been missing Seattle, been missing Nix, been missing a lot of people. I hope Akon and AX get here soon.
