in which I have no taste, part eighty-twelve

http://www.gorillaz.com/
I did not know they had a new CD coming out March 9, I did not know this \o/ Eeeeeeeee \o\ \o/ /o/ Ohman, I geeked so freaking hard over Demon Days. And now I cannot waaaaaaaaaaaaait for Plastic Beach \o/♥ I'm already hooked on the song Stylo.

No, I have no taste. Or what taste I do possess is once again dictated by my inner 12-13 year old boy. Egads.

I like Gorillaz! I guess I share your bad taste. ;)

I did not know about the new album. Thank you!

:D :D I'm so used to people not sharing my odd tastes in music that I tend to make fun of myself for what I like. So cool to run into someone else that's also into what I like! \o/ I wonder why so many people haven't heard about their new CD--usually these sorts of things are more publicized. I only stumbled on it because the station I listen to played Stylo, and it hit me that it *REALLY* sounded like Gorillaz and there is simply no one else out there that sounds like Damon Albarn--Googled info on the song, and saw mention of the new CD. Dang, but I'm excited now. I usually wait for an mp3 release, but might just nab the CD soon as it's out--and I'm just beside myself waiting for the full Stylo video to be released to their website. Criminy, why do I geek out over this group so much? I seriously don't know why. XD;;

why do I geek out over this group so much?

Because they're awesome and fronted by cartoons??

Oh, and because they've got some kick-ass music!

I used to have an icon of 2-D (he's my favorite) but I deleted it recently to make room for more arts. Ah...

:D 2-D was/is my favorite, too. I love the funkiness and quirkiness of the art style, and dig his character design especially much. I used to have a ton of icons, but think they're all on a backup CD from when I upgraded to my new computer. I guess I need to try and find the icon community I followed back then and start watching for new stuff.
