Ouch, yeah. :x Even if I kinda get why he goes so over the top, I still was wincing because good gravy, so harsh. Though I have another theory why he beats Sam so much, because even other times when he's blown up and let his anger get to him, Dean's usually only done one punch. But I won't say in case you don't watch previews. Just I don't think it was him simply being cruel.
