I know just what you mean about the taste of farm fresh eggs. My grandpa raises chickens, so I've been raised on farm fresh. (Like, I sometimes have to pick pieces of straw off the eggs before I cook with them. FRESH.) And I swear I can tell a difference. Not only in taste, but texture, color. They're just richer in general. Not to mention that I routinely get one with a double- or even triple-yolk and I've NEVER had that happen with a store-bought egg. Awesome!
