I think this was the best episode of the season so far! I agree, it just felt so, so much like Show (and how ironic is it that a Bobby-centric episode where there is hardly any Dean and even less Sam is the first to feel right this season?!)

DEAN AND SAM TRAVELED OVERSEAS FOR BOBBY. This makes me ridiculously giddy to think of the boys in another continent, Idkw. Show is really branching out this season ;)

I squeed at the Kenny Rogers song exactly for the same reason you mentioned - got to love those childhood associations.

And LOL I didn't get the Gavin McLeod thing until you mentioned it. I knew it sounded familiar! Again, another throwback to the eighties.

The bar has been set high with this ep. I'm hoping they keep it up.
