Had to look up NSAID--am surprised I hadn't picked up on that term before, considering Mom was a nurse and you've discussed this sort of thing previously. Hadn't realized ibuprofen/motrin was considered one, but I guess that makes sense.

Anyway, at the moment, I've just been seeing what I can do with just motrin, since it's over the counter and cheap, and since it doesn't get really bad except when I'm having to do a lot to stress it (like lifting and unpacking books from boxes in serials this week ^^; ). Really, I keep thinking that if I'm careful enough, it's just going to go away on its own, especially since I'm not sure what I did to cause it in the first place. But mainly, I hesitate because my prescription plan's so bad, adding another med would be a nice chunk of money each month--so cheap is good unless things get desperate, and so far there's only been a couple times it's gotten like that. ^^;

Anyway, I babble. Maybe if you don't mind, I'll pick your brain for any tips on how to keep it from getting truly bad. *nods*
